gomoney was seeing a high drop-off rate during registration — new users were starting the sign-up process but not completing it. The goal was to find exactly where users were getting stuck, redesign the flow to remove that friction, and make it clear how to unlock more features by upgrading their account. We worked closely with gomoney's product and engineering teams from the start to keep design and implementation aligned.

Outcome

The redesigned onboarding led to a significant increase in app downloads and a stronger app rating, with daily complaints dropping noticeably. Account upgrades during registration also increased, giving more users access to gomoney's full feature set from day one. Registration went from a point of drop-off to one of the app's strongest conversion moments.
